Can I update the website myself?
Yes. We build on WordPress with a visual editor, and we show you how to change text, images and pages. If you'd rather not, our care plans include small updates.
Do you write the words?
On Growth and Custom projects, yes: we rewrite your copy so it's clear and persuasive. On Refresh, we work from your existing words and tidy them up.
Who owns the website?
You do. Your domain, your content and your site are yours, and you can move them whenever you like.
How does payment work?
A deposit to start and the balance when your site is ready to launch. Every project has a fixed quote, agreed before we begin.
Do you work outside the UK?
Yes. We work with firms in the UK, Canada and the US, entirely online.
